MALETTO STRAWBERRY LIQUEUR

Etna "agricultural" liqueur, prepared with Sicilian fruits grown in sun-kissed territories of our land and harvested at optimal ripeness. Made in such a way as to preserve the typical flavor and aroma characteristics of these splendid varieties. The Maletto Strawberry is a Slow Food presidium that grows on the slopes of Etna, in the Tartaraci district at 960 m above sea level. In the month of June it reaches its full ripeness and its extraordinary olfactory heritage is enclosed in this liqueur thanks to maceration in pure alcohol.
