Ingredients

Wheat flour type “00”, sugar, high oleic sunflower seed oil, dark chocolate chips (8.5%): cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (E322 soy lecithin), vanilla flavouring; fresh pasteurized eggs, glucose, raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate, diphosphate, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate; salt, natural flavourings.

Conservation

Minimum shelf life: 150 days
All our products are made with fresh and selected ingredients without the use of preservatives. For this reason their shelf life does not last long, an indication of authenticity and quality.
